I love Portland shout-outs! Brook Weeber, the artist of this intricate sketch is believe it or not, from Portland. I tend to be drawn to lots of art that contains many detailed repetitive lines within a picture. If you like that plus the look of soft watercolor and perhaps the appearance of animals, then check this lady out.
